Who says sweets always have to be bad for you? If you have a sweet tooth try indulging in cinnamon. Cinnamon is a natural chemoprevention agent, for it has anti-tumor abilities. Scientists found that a cinnamon extract interfered with a protein that helps tumors establish a blood supply, which is critical to keep them growing. With this said it is not 100% proven that cinnamon will definitely prevent cancer, but it is definitely looking like a step forward n the anti-cancer prevention.
